Situations may arise, through no fault of our own which may end up costing a great deal of money either through inadequate insurance or unintentional negligence.

As part of our initial survey on a new rental or upon request we can advise you of areas where you should take extra precautions in case of what might happen. This also includes our Party Wall Services where a third party undertakes any works adjacent to your property and hasn't properly advised you or taken the required steps to ensure your property is protected.  

Whilst we are not Lawyers, we do have a great deal of experience sorting out complex issues where our clients have simply no knowledge of how to manage some of the legal repercussions which may arise with letting residential property.
